We would like to take this opportunity to share information about the Association and amenities that are offered, but most importantly welcome you to the Rotonda Condominium Unit Owners Association website. Situated on approximately thirty-four acres of land, the Rotonda is a gated community consisting of five high-rise buildings with a total of 1168 units. The Association Office is part of the Community Center, which features bowling lanes, pool tables, golf driving range, his and her locker rooms with sauna and fitness room, piano, indoor and outdoor pool, general store, restaurant, and hair salon. The outdoor amenities include two ponds, tot lot, picnic area, basketball court, sand volleyball court, six tennis courts, putting green, pet park and car wash area. Don’t feel like driving? No problem, the Rotonda Shuttle will take you to local grocery stores, Tysons Corner Malls I & II and the library. Our reception desk operates from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily and the security officers patrol the property 24-hours a day. Our maintenance team always has experienced staff on-site and on-call for any emergencies that may arise. This department also provides services to unit owners through the In-Unit Service Program.
